How does it work?

SegmentStream measures each website visitor’s probability of becoming a lead. When this probability is high enough, it creates a Modelled Conversion.
Modelled Conversions are immediately attributed to the traffic source and sent to Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
This way, each traffic source gets the credit it deserves, even if the actual conversion happens from another device, browser, or cookie.
