Now, we are ready to scale and grow as fast as we possibly can. To do so, we are looking for a VP of Sales who will scale our sales organisation to the next level of its growth.
What you’ll do:
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing sales team to hit company revenue goals;
- Increase the ratio of outbound deals versus inbound deals by implementing a proper cold outreach strategy;
- Improve all the main sales processes including reporting, forecasting, calls recording and analysis, etc;
- Increase our ACV while maintaining a solid conversion rate from Opportunity to Closed-Won;
- Help the team to win bigger deals by attending strategic sales calls and acting as a mentor in complex negotiations;
- Work closely with CRO and CEO to think how can we grow faster and win the market, and then act on these ideas and hypotheses;
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the MarTech space, with the average annual contract value of $50k-$100k;
- Experience in scaling a sales team from 2 to 10+ people with a strong track record of results;
- Experience in setting up an efficient outbound lead generation process and building predictable revenue machine;
- Understanding of pain points and needs of our target audience (CMOs and Digital Marketing Directors with 6-7 figure ad budgets);
- A desire and ability to get stuff done in an unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup. You are the one who can establish the right processes where the are no processes exist;
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Fluent English;
