Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth for SegmentStream in the UK & EU markets by hitting quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with our target customers — CMO and Head of Performance Marketing responsible for >$1mln annual digital advertising budgets;
  • Make compelling product presentations and demos and be able to answer any related question — you’ll become an expert in the SegmentStream platform and will act as a true Solution Consultant by helping customers to solve their biggest digital marketing challenge;
  • Qualify inbound leads to understand if this is the right fit for our platform and whether this customer will get value from partnering with us. For the right inbound leads — ensure maximum conversion rate from Opportunity to Closed Won;
  • Proactively generate outbound leads by working through the list of Target Accounts to have enough relevant opportunities in your sales pipeline;
  • Manage complex negotiations and tenders by navigating large enterprises, and understanding how to push big deals forward until the deal is done;
  • Work closely with a Product, Sales, and Customer Success team to provide feedback as well as learn from them;

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Account Executive in MarTech SaaS with a proven track record of achieving quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Good understanding of Performance Marketing & Online Advertising ecosystem (key players, challenges, agencies, etc.);
  • Experience selling to CMO, Head of Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing Director with the average annual deal size of $30k-$60k or above;
  • Experience in selling to large enterprises by finding the right person in the company and managing a complex deal process using sales methodologies like MEDDIC or others;
  • High level of positive energy, drive, and enthusiasm;
  • A desire to join an early-stage startup and grow together with the company;
  • A desire to work remotely;
