Product Manager

In order to evolve our product and scale our operations, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to optimize current customer support processes as well as to move towards a self-serve product.

You will be working closely with the Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support teams and directly communicate with our customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of the customers for a detailed understanding of current processes and the formation of a plan for their optimization;

  • Increase the overall margins by creating a self-help knowledge base and training resources on the self-serve use of the product;

  • Reducing the number of tickets from customers through the generation of ideas for the product development and their implementation together with the Product Owner;

  • Improvement of NPS, CSAT and product engagement metrics on an ongoing basis;

  • Proactive monitoring of the “health” of the customers in order to reduce the risk of churn;

  • Collecting feedback from customers on the necessary improvements in our product, conducting customer development on a new functionality.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a person who is not afraid to get his hands dirty and not only wants to work in a tech startup, but is willing to directly contribute in its success and feel personally responsible for it;

  • Strong web analytics knowledge;

  • Excellent project management skills;

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • The ability to solve problems that you have not experienced before;

  • Technical skills: the ability to communicate with Engineers in the same language;

  • Interest in the areas of web analytics, data-driven marketing, marketing automation, CRM and CDP;

  • Advanced English.
