Now, we’re looking for a Head of Sales who will drive amazing growth for SegmentStream by building & coaching the team and getting hands-on on the most important deals at the same time.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive growth for SegmentStream in the UK & EU markets by hitting annual sales targets;
  • Build, lead and coach a high-performing sales team to hit company revenue goals;
  • Help the team to win bigger deals by attending strategic sales calls and acting as a mentor in complex negotiations;
  • Personally develop, manage and convert the most important and strategic opportunities;
  • Increase the ratio of outbound deals versus inbound deals by implementing a proper cold outreach strategy together with the marketing team;
  • Increase our ACV while maintaining a solid conversion rate from Opportunity to Closed-Won;
  • Work closely with a Product, Sales, and Customer Success team to provide feedback as well as learn from them;

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of Sales / Account Executive experience in MarTech SaaS with a proven track record of achieving quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Good understanding of Performance Marketing & Online Advertising ecosystem (key players, challenges, agencies, etc.);
  • Experience selling to CMO, Head of Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing Director with the average annual deal size of $30k-$60k or above;
  • Experience in selling to large enterprises by finding the right person in the company and managing a complex deal process using sales methodologies like MEDDIC or others;
  • High level of positive energy, drive, and enthusiasm;
  • Previous team coaching & management experience will be a bonus;
  • A desire to join an early-stage startup and grow together with the company;
  • A desire to work remotely;
  • Fluent English;
