About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented B2B Content Writer who knows how to create engaging, high-quality content that really connects with our readers and contributes to their day-to-day tasks. This role is key to boosting our marketing efforts, making our brand more visible, demonstrating our expertise and helping us attract new leads.

The perfect candidate will be a good planner with experience of creating content that not only attracts attention, but also converts readers into potential leads. This role will involve working closely with various departments, including product and customer success teams, to develop and implement cohesive content that aligns with our business objectives. If you’re goal-oriented, have excellent writing skills and understand how to create compelling narratives, we’d love to have you join our team.

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends and content gaps to ensure our content effectively reaches and resonates with our target audience;
  • Collaborate and interview team members to gather and compile expert content;
  • Manage the content lifecycle from ideation and creation through to distribution and performance analysis, optimising content for SEO and user engagement;
  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of materials and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches;
  • Carefully checking and correcting copy to ensure it meets our editorial standards and quality;
  • Continually review our published content to ensure it’s up-to-date with the latest news, trends and regulations;
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and regulations and use this information to plan our content;
  • Help us find and use the right keywords for our market. Use SEO tips to make our content perform better.


  • Fluent in English;
  • 3+ years of proven experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in a MarTech, SaaS or B2B environment;
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content management systems, and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions;
  • Exceptional writing, editing and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging and compelling content across multiple channels;
  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception to delivery;
  • A creative mindset coupled with strategic thinking, able to generate innovative ideas for content and marketing materials;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience of working cross-functionally to support content needs across the business.
